Stained Glass:                          

Here I am at work on stained glass in my "spare" time, which is not very often lately! 

Please note that stained glass is done on an "as-I-have-time" basis.  Each piece is hand-made for you.  It is quality work and you will receive care and hanging instructions with it.  Because of this, you can designate which colors you would like for your heart or ferret.  I do have a large supply of glass on hand to choose from.  However, between running the shelter and working a full-time job, my spare time is quite limited.  Thank you for your patience and your understanding.  I hope you like my work and your comments and suggestions are always welcome.  For more on my stained glass, click here.

On occasion, I have drawn unique stained glass ferret patterns for you to make yourself.  If you are interested in this option, contact me for prices and examples. Fees range from $10 up for the pattern (you cut it out, you buy the glass, you solder it -- you make it).

This heart is dedicated to Jillian, a gorgeous little ferret that went in for routine surgery and did not survive.  My heart was broken over her (and so many others who have died).  Have you lost a beloved pet? Does your heart feel like it has broken?  Maybe it has healed, but there's a crack down the middle due to the loss.  Hand-made stained glass heart comes in a variety of colors, and included is a copy of the Rainbow Bridge Poem ready to be framed. This stained glass ferret was designed for the fall (can be used for Halloween, as well).  Hand-made in your choice of any pattern ferret (sable shown, or albino, cinnamon, silver mitt). The stem of the pumpkin is rolled art glass, complete with variations in the texture and colors.

This design was developed for Halloween 2005  Just thinking of ferrets trick or treating made me laugh. I could imagine them under a sheet with a huge pumpkin going door to door for treats.
